Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
Pitch tailored staffing solutions, showcasing LXi’s expertise in tech, AI, robotics, digital currency, and leadership
Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure long-term client partnerships
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless delivery of top-tier talent
Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress
Requirements:
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close high-value deals
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to forge lasting client relationships
Self-motivated and disciplined, thriving in a remote, independent setting
Comfortable in a high-energy, results-driven environment
Knowledge of the staffing industry or B2B sales experience is a plus
Persistent, resilient, and equipped with a “hunter” mentality
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful sales or business development, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot) is a plus
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Existing network of business contacts or industry connections is a bonus
