Candidate Resume Bank: Job application data, resumes, candidate interview notes, conversation records, and LinkedIn profile information (if provided) may be retained in our candidate resume bank until it is no longer reasonably required for job matching, client placement, or other permitted uses outlined in this policy, or until you request deletion (where applicable). We will notify you periodically (e.g., every 2 years) to confirm your data is still retained and offer the option to update or delete it. However, we may retain this data for an additional period if:
Required or permitted by law, such as Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations or other employment-related obligations.
Necessary in relation to legal claims we may make or defend against, such as disputes involving job placements or client contracts.
Deletion would require us to alter our automated backup systems or disaster recovery systems, in which case data may persist in archived form.
Account information may be retained until you delete your account or request deletion.
